Chief Financial Officer
Sharon Cutrera began her career at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office in July 1985 where she worked as a secretary to the Chief Financial Officer. In 1986 she was transferred to the accounting division of the tax collector's office where she was promoted to supervisor of that division.
In 1998 she was promoted to Employee Benefit Coordinator and held that position until July 2004 when she became the Chief Financial Officer and Commander of the following divisions - Accounting, Human Resources, Insurance, Risk Management, Crash Reconstruction, Tax, Purchasing, CIS and Fleet.
Sharon is a graduate of McNeese State University, with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. She is actively involved in the United Way as a member of the Allocation and Review Committee. |

Special Services Commander
Vezinot was the supervisor of the Crime Scene/Photographic Services Division at Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office. He has been employed at CPSO since 1992. He served as an assistant team leader/team commander of the CPSO Special Operations Group (SWAT), as well as a fingerprint instructor at the Regional Law Enforcement Academy.
Vezinot served in the U.S. Army and was activated during Desert Storm. He is a member of several civic organizations and has attended numerous specialized law enforcement training schools with focus on crime scene management, forensics and tactical operations. |

Enforcement Commander
McGee was employed as a Patrol Shift Lieutenant and Commander of the Special Operations Group at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office. He has been employed at CPSO for 15 years, working in many areas of the department, and has a strong background in patrol and special operations.
He has attended several law enforcement training courses with an emphasis on police supervision, special operations training, and defensive tactics instruction. |

Civil Commander
DeLaureal retired from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office where he was employed from 1980 until 2002. He returned to the Sheriff's Office when Sheriff Mancuso took office. At the time of his retirement he served as the Chief Civil Deputy.
DeLaureal is a veteran of the U. S. Army where he served in Vietnam from 1970 through 1971. He is a member of several civic and professional organizations where he has held leadership positions. |

Commander of Programs
Robinson is currently employed as the National Director of Training Development for D.A.R.E. America where he developed a new training model program and assisted in writing curriculum and development of on-line training component.
His law enforcement experience spans 20 years, with 10 years as a deputy at the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office working in Corrections, Patrol and Public Relations - and the other 10 years as a D.A.R.E State Training Center Coordinator at the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office. He is a graduate of LSU-Shreveport. |

Commander of Corrections
Salvador was a deputy at the Ward 3 Marshal's Office overseeing the operations of the city jail. He began his career in law enforcement in 1988 serving in Corrections, Patrol and Investigations at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office, the Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections and the Louisiana Attorney General's Office.
Throughout his law enforcement career, he has graduated from numerous academies such as the FBI National Academy and the Calcasieu Parish Regional Law Enforcement Academy. He is also a member of several civic organizations. Salvador has a degree in Criminal Justice from McNeese State University. |

Calcasieu Sheriff's Prison Warden
Warden of the Calcasieu Sheriff's Prison P.O.S.T. Correctional Officer Instructor Certified Correctional Executive
Has been with the CPSO since 5/5/76 in the corrections field. Worked 2 years at the Calcasieu Regional Vocational and Rehabilitation Center as a security officer before being transferred to the old Calcasieu Parish Jail. Worked up through the ranks of jailor, assistant shift supervisor, shift supervisor, commissary officer, and assistant chief jailor. The old jail was closed when the Calcasieu Correctional Center was opened. He held the positions of records administrator, associate warden, and warden. Shortly after the opening of the Calcasieu Sheriff's Prison he became warden of that facility. He also held the position of Chief of Corrections and Comptroller of the Corrections Division.
Currently a member of the LA Sheriff's Association Wardens' Conference Committee, American Correctional Association, and American Jail Association. |

Calcasieu Correctional Center Warden
Burkhalter worked at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's as a burglary and theft detective. He has worked at CPSO since 1991 with 10 years of corrections experience.
He is a graduate of the Calcasieu Parish Regional Law Enforcement Academy with numerous hours of post certification training. Burkhalter holds a degree in Criminal Justice from McNeese State University. |

Commander - Law Enforcement Centers
Authement started his career at the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff?s Office in 1989 under Sheriff Wayne McElveen as a patrol officer. In 1997 he moved to the Ward 3 Marshal?s Office under then-Marshal Tony Mancuso and became a supervisor of the city jail and the warrants division, and served as a member of the Calcasieu Parish Violent Crimes Task Force. From July - November 2004, Authement served as interim Ward 3-City Marshal when Mancuso was elected sheriff. He moved back to the Sheriff?s Office to become Commander of Law Enforcement Centers and Misdemeanor Investigations in December 2004.
Authement also served in the U. S. Navy during the Viet Nam era. During his law enforcement career, Authement graduated from the Calcasieu Parish Regional Law Enforcement Academy and served as president of the graduating class. He has attended several law enforcement training courses with an emphasis on supervision and leadership. He also belongs to several local civic organizations. |

Investigations Commander
Byrne's law enforcement career at CPSO spanned from 1975 through 1987 where he served as a radio dispatcher, patrolman, supervisor and detective.
In 1987 he became a felony investigator for the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney's Office where he remained until 2000, the year he returned to CPSO to hold his current position. Throughout his law enforcement career, he has attended many law enforcement related schools and seminars. |
