CPSO Arrests Sulphur Man for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender

On September 26, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched in reference to a report of a possible unregistered sex offender living at a home on Lori Lane in Sulphur.

Upon arrival, deputies discovered sex offender Harold K. Ramuar, 49, 1103 Lori Lane, Sulphur, had moved without notifying the proper authorities within three (3) days, as required by law for all registered sex offenders.

His bond is still pending.
